Do you take health insurance?

No, we are not currently on any insurance panel. We are currently an out-of-network provider. Contact your health insurance to ask about your “out-of-network” mental health benefits. We will provide you with a “superbill” for your health insurance to reimburse you if they accept out-of-network services.

How often are the sessions and for how long do I have to be in therapy?

On average, sessions are about 50 minutes long. The length of therapy varies depending on each individual and their presenting concerns. You will be discussing your goals with your therapist to develop an individualized plan.

What is the difference between a life coach session and a therapy session?
